Only what you type into a request-access form: your name, organization, organization type, state, approximate size, email address, optional phone number, and any message you write. We also record which page the form was submitted from and your browser's user-agent string, to help us understand which parts of the site are working.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or cross-site profiling on this site.

To reply to your request and, if your organization moves forward, to set up your account. That is the entire purpose.

Bugle staff. We use two service providers to operate the site:

• Neon — the database that stores form submissions.
• Resend — the service that delivers the notification email to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the inquiry has gone nowhere. There is no fixed retention clock, and there is no reason for us to hold it indefinitely.

Email buglehq@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will action it and confirm. You do not need to give a reason.

This site sets no cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
