For the departments that never stopped showing up.

We're building a readiness, callout, and accountability platform for nonprofit volunteer fire departments, search and rescue teams, CERT, and community response organizations — the same spine that runs Guidon, rebuilt around apparatus, station duty, NFPA credentials, and the grant reporting a nonprofit lives on.

Named for the personnel accountability report — the roll call that asks the question this platform exists to answer. Early-access organizations help set the roadmap, and get founding pricing when it ships.

The problem

Software priced for a city budget, sold to a department that runs on donations.

Roughly two out of three firefighters in the United States are volunteers. The records management systems built for the fire service were priced for the departments that aren't — career departments with a city IT budget and a procurement officer.

So the volunteer department ends up with a filing cabinet of certificates, a whiteboard for apparatus status, a group text for callouts, and one exhausted officer reconstructing training hours the week the grant application is due.

We already solved this shape of problem for state defense forces. This is the same discipline pointed at the fire, rescue, and community response side — and we want founding departments in the room while we build it.

Who it's for

Volunteer, nonprofit, and community response.

Volunteer fire departments

Nonprofit and combination departments running on mutual aid, a duty roster, and whoever turns out at 0300.

  • NFPA and state credential tracking with expirations
  • Apparatus, PPE, and SCBA readiness
  • Turnout and drill attendance

Search and rescue teams

Ground, K9, swiftwater, and mountain teams that deploy under a sheriff or state agency and have to prove who is qualified for which task.

  • Task-book and qualification tracking by discipline
  • Callout paging with live responder status
  • Mission logs and searcher hours

CERT & community response

Neighborhood and county teams standing up shelters, points of distribution, and welfare checks when the professionals are saturated.

  • Roster with training completion by course
  • Activation check-in and assignment
  • Volunteer hours for grant match

What we're building

The first release.

This is our current scope, not a finished feature list. Early access organizations get a direct line into what ships first.

01

Credentials that expire before you're caught out

Every member's certifications tracked to NFPA, state, and agency standards — with the expiration surfaced weeks ahead, not discovered on a scene.

02

Apparatus and equipment readiness

Engines, brush trucks, boats, SCBA bottles, and PPE tracked with inspection intervals and out-of-service status, so dispatch knows what actually rolls.

03

Callout paging with live turnout

Page the department and watch responses land in real time — who's responding, who's going direct, who's at the station, and what you can staff before you commit.

04

Training hours and drill attendance

Captured as it happens, per member and per course, so ISO documentation and state reporting stop being a January fire drill.

05

Grant and nonprofit reporting

Volunteer hours, run totals, and training investment exported in the shape AFG, SAFER, state grants, and your 990 actually ask for.

06

Priced for a department that runs on pancake breakfasts

The same commitment we made to state defense forces: a price a volunteer organization can carry out of its own budget, with no procurement process.

Founding departments

Help us build it, and it's built for you.

We would rather ship the right thing to fifteen departments than the wrong thing to five hundred. Early access is a working relationship, not a mailing list.

  • A say in the roadmap

Direct working sessions with the people writing the code — not a feedback form.

  • Founding pricing, locked

The rate you start at is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay.

  • Migration help included

We take the filing cabinet, the spreadsheet, and the roster and get them in for you.

  • No procurement theater

No RFP, no six-figure implementation, no eighteen-month timeline.
